Czech Republic celebrates a victory and improvement in their performance in World League
Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic, June 18, 2016 - after the first victory in World League, Czech Republic's best scorer and opposite Michal Finger said that the team improved in all elements that failed them on Friday against Canada.
Miguel Falasca, coach of Czech Republic: The match was played in the great atmosphere, I want to thank to all my players, because they did quite a good job today. The beginning was very nervous, but after we found our concentration and proved that we are able to play high level volleyball.
Liqun Yang, assistant coach of China: My guys played very well, but they lose concentration very easily in important moments.
Michal Finger, opposite of Czech Republic: The opponent wasn't an easy one and we are so happy we won in the second match of the weekend. We succeeded in all situations where we failed yesterday.
Shuai Jiao, captain of China: Czech team was really strong on serve since the second set. There were a lot of chances for our team, but we didn't use these opportunities.
