Burak targets Finals spot after win

 

Cairo, Egypt, June 25, 2016 – Finland coach Tuomas Sammelvuo said he was proud of his players despite falling the wrong side of a 3-2 result against Turkey.

Finland coach Tuomas Sammelvuo: I’m really proud of my players. They did a good job and they do their best. I am happy to be with them in this journey, but what happen is a lesson we must learn from it.

“I don’t why we lose, we could have won 3-0 but switched off. We didn’t used the chances we had and at the same time Turkey get playing slowly well in spike outside and block and defense.”
 
Turkey coach Emanuelle Zanini: “I want to congratulate my players because they start to believe in themselves and start to believe any kind of solution is possible.

“And I happy for the extraordinary performance they give, especially Burak. It’s like someone needed to switch off the fire and he helped start it again to make the fire bigger.

“I am afraid from tiredness for tomorrow but we have good group and now we satisfied and celebrate.”
 
Turkey player Gungor Burak: “We are happy to win the game it is very important, and tomorrow we want to win to get the advantage to go Portugal.”
