Almaty, Kazakhstan, June 24, 2016 - As they meet Spain in FIVB Volleyball World League 2016 Group 3 on Saturday, Kazakhstan will try to use their home advantage to please their fans with the first win in Almaty.
Head-to-Head
• The only two World League matches between Kazakhstan and Spain came in the 2015 edition. Spain won 3-1 on 14 June and 3-0 on 20 June.
• Kazakhstan are the only team with multiple World League encounters against Spain without winning one.
• Their only other encounter at a major tournament this century came at the 2002 World Championship, which was also won by Spain (3-1).
