Belgrade, Serbia, June 24, 2016 - Wallace De Souza scored match-high 17 points leading Brazil to a 3-1 (25-18, 24-26, 25-16, 25-17) victory over Iran in the Pool F1 encounter on Friday afternoon.

Bernando Rezende, coach of Brazil: We tried to recover mentally from yesterday’s defeat. Both teams are surely tired, from jet lag and everything, we are tired, that’s for sure. But we fought back and it is a great thing for us. Tomorrow we play Bulgaria, they are strong and powerful team, it will be tough.

Lucas, Brazil: Yesterday Serbia had 20 aces and it is almost impossible to play against an opponent who is having such a great day. Today, Iran served a lot of floats and it was much easier for us to deal with team.
