Brazil meet Poland in World Championship final remake

 

Nancy, France, June 30, 2016 - Brazil and Poland will meet on opening day of the FIVB Volleyball World League 2016 Group 1 tournament in France in a remake of the final of Word Championship 2014.

Head-to-Head
• Brazil have won 23 of their 33 World League matches against Poland.
• The last time they met in the World League was in 2014, when both teams won two times.
• In the same year 2014, Poland beat Brazil 3-1 in the final of the World Championships. This is their most recent meeting at a major tournament.
• The Brazilians have only played (38) and won (28) more World League matches against United States.
• For Poland, Brazil are their most common opponent. The next teams they faced the most are USA and Russia, both 23.
