Douglas shows the saving skills which Brazil is renowned for
Krakow, Poland, July 16, 2016 - USA was on the right track to advance to the semifinals but after leading Brazil 2-0, the 2014 champions dropped three sets to miss out on a semifinal spot. Nevertheless, both teams entertained the crowd with the volleyball of the highest quality.
Both teams needed 28 seconds to decide a brilliant rally in Friday's encounter which was packed with excellent saves from Brazil's Mauricio, William and Isac Santos before Matthew Anderson nailed down the ball to reduce USA's deficit to 12-10 in set three.
