Ngapeth leads receiving stats

 

Ngapeth has been an inspirational player for France

Krakow, Poland, July 16, 2016 - With the FIVB Volleyball World League Finals Control Committee set to announce a Dream Team at the end of the tournament, using only players from the last four teams, keep in mind France's Earvin Ngapeth, who tops the best receivers ranking.

Ngapeth, who walked away with two individual honours at last year's World League Finals, leads the Finals' Best Receivers ranking with the efficiency of 51.28% which consists of 41 excellents, one fault and 36 save receptions from 78 attempts.





France won the gold medal at the last year's World League with an outstanding contribution from Ngapeth who was awarded Most Valuable Player and selected as the Best Outside Spiker in the tournament Dream Team.





In 2014, Ngapeth was a key player in France's FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship campaign held in Poland before losing the bronze medal match to Germany. In 2015, the French national team, including Ngapeth, achieved the title of European champions after beating Slovenia 3-0 in the final.

A total of $100,000 is awarded to the best players of the Finals, which will be selected by the Control Committee in the following categories: MVP, Best Setter, Best Opposite, Best Outside Spiker (2), Best Middle Blocker, Best Libero.
